Cinnamon Biscoff Cupcakes

How i discovered this recipe was i was making a cinnamon cupcake when i thought to add three scoops of biscoff spread so here it is enjoy :)

Recipe #

  • 165g soft butter
  • 165g self raising flour
  • 165g demerara sugar
  • 130g Biscoff spread
  • 3 eggs

Mix it all together in a bowl, adding the Biscoff at the end. Bake in muffin cases in a fan oven thats been preheated to 170 degrees for 20mins.
